Muddle a handful of fresh blueberries and a local peach with juice of 1/2 a lemon and a dash of simple syrup (or a spoonful of sugar); add ice to fill glass, spike with 2 shots of WALLA WALLA DISTILLING COMPANY WHITE WHISKY, fizz to taste with seltzer (or 7-up for sweetness), toss in a couple of slices of lemon.
